With Love

Once again it's time to add to my blog, this time I've made this card for the Less Is More Challenge. I hope it meets the requirements as it has a couple of layers but there is quite a lot of "white" space too. The theme for the challenge was ribbons or buttons. I decided to go with ribbon.
My basecard is brown from my stash with a pink matte and then the image stamped on a sort of creamy pale brown card with SU "Close to Cocoa" and the sentiment in "Bravp Burgundy". I put a couple of holes either side of the stem and threaded my pink and brown ribbon through them and just knotted it.
Well I'm off to bed, I'm cold,(sitting in my lounge with my hooded coat on LOL, what a sight!) and tired and I've had too many late nights in a row.
So hope you have all had a good weekend, thanks for stopping by to see what I've made,
See you tomorrow,
Take Care,
Sandy

  2. What a clever use of the ribbon as if it is holding the stems together. I must find a stamp to steal this!!

  3. Hi Sandy,
What a beautiful card, just love the colors and how you used the ribbon, very clever.
Sorry you are so cold, we are suffering under a heat wave here, so sitting almost in front of the A/C seems to work while crafting.

  4. Hi Sandy,

This card is so clean and effective... that stamp looks really nice and I like the way you positioned the flowers at an angle.

    Hope your cold is better!
