Love Life...

There is finally a cool breeze coming through the window after another very hot day! I've been sitting in front of the computer sweltering from the heat in the room and also the heat generated from the monitor as well so it is very refreshing. Is is a fairly strong breeze as it is making the lace curtains billow out. I'm hoping we get some of it through the bedroom windows as they are facing a different direction.
My card for today is made with an image from a stamp set by Flonz, a New Zealand made clear stamp. I inked it with Basic Grey and stamped on white card, coloured it with Copic Markers and then cut it out. I've mounted it with foam dots onto a cream oval with a larger blue oval under that. The DP is from Rosie's Studio mini stack pad called Retro Revolution. The basecard is a burgundy card from stash. The sentiment is a little off centre. I was going to use the stamp-a-ma-jig, but put the little glittery embellishments on first and then had nowhere to put the positioning handle!! Wasn't thinking properly, but it is very late again. I stamped it in SU Bravo Burgundy and it is from SU set You're a Gem,
Well better get this posted and hope to see you soon in blogland,
I would like to enter this into The Pink Elephant - TPE129 - Anything Goes

Thanks to all those who have popped in today,
Take Care,
Sandy

  4. Cute, cute card! Very elegant! I'm so jealous reading about your warm weather. Here in Iowa, we are freezing today, although they are promising us record high temps later this week of almost 60 which is absolutely unheard of for this time of the year.
