MIM #105 - A touch of Ribbon

Hello again, hasn't August just whizzed by!!! It's now officially Spring here and we did have a lovely Spring Day yesterday.
This week brings us to Linky Party #105 over at Make It Monday, we would love to see your cards being entered. We again had over 300 entries. Fabulous creations and so hard for the DT to choose their POTW's..
Congrats to  Madalina  who is the featured entrant from last week and also to Susan  for being the winning commenter.
Our cards for this weeks DT inspiration were to showcase some ribbon on them and this is what I have come up with.

Front of card, (pic taken with the camera - true colours)

Inside of card (scanned, looks pink and washed out :(    but it is actually the same as the front!!!)

I'm not sure if you can see, but I pricked a border of holes along the bottom white rectangle on both the outside and inside of the card.
Recipe:

Purple card from stash
White card from stash
DP from 6x6 mini pad by
Image was a free digi called Rosie,  from Whimsy and Stars
Ribbon from stash
Copic Markers
Foam Dots
Glue Dot for the bow

I am entering this into the following challenges:
Ladybug Crafts - Anything Goes

This week we are sponsored by The Pretty Little Ribbon Shop

http://prettylittleribbonshop.co.uk/

The Pretty little Ribbon Shop supplies beautiful ribbons, lace, twine embellishments, rubber stamps etc aimed at the crafting world. Small and international orders are always welcome.  Our sale continues with further reductions and more items added regularly. New in stock is a very pretty range of guipure lace and pearl string  in some lovely colours. We also now have many Christmas ribbons and embellishments in our Christmas section.   As always we offer free postage for UK orders ( equivalent discount for international orders) over £25.

They are generously offering this wonderful Catslife Press "It's Your Birthday" Rubber Stamp.

I have chosen two POTW's this time around, the first one is from Billie at Ink On My Fingers.
A lovely CAS style card and you can see it here
Such a lovely border and the colour is just gorgeous too. Fab sentiment and cute embellies.

The second one is from Jan at Jan's Crafty Spot and you can find her card here
I love the colours - so fresh looking, great layering and embossing too.

I'm looking forward to another week on fantastic entries. Time to Party with MIM #105!!!!!!!!
Thanks for stopping by,
Take Care,
Sandy
