MIM#181 Happy Day with Time for Tea Designs

Goodmorning and welcome to those of you who are stopping by for the first time. Adelaide has been hosting the Clipsal V8 supercar race over the last 4 days. Hubby and a couple of our sons have been on different days and our little grandson (nearly 3) went yesterday too. I have him today and he is all talk of the cars and the big jet that did a flyby!!!
I have a new DT position on a new blog that went live on Saturday (scroll down and check out the post, would love to hear from you too!) A blog just for those Christmas creations - why not join in the challenge and get started on your Christmas preparations.
Today being Monday, sees the start of a new Linky Party at Make It Monday. This blog is where you can share your new or older creations as long as you make sure you have added a link to MIM in your post. To be in the running for the prize you need to visit some of the other entrants' blogs and leave them a comment mentioning that you saw them at MIM this week. The DT would love to hear from you as well. Congratulations to Julie as the featured artist this week and to Loz as the winning commenter.
Our sponsor this week is Time for Tea Designs and you can see their details further down in my post.
I popped over to the shop and bought this fab image called Dad Jumper to use, I've been making a lot of female cards lately and felt that I had better make some male ones for the stash. So here is what I came up with......  I made a pocket for the tag - I put a piece of washi tape down one side and have left the tag blank. I can add something later or maybe adhere a gift card to it as a surprise gift.

Recipe:
SU Pacific Point cardstock for cardbase and pocket
SU Crumb Cake cardstock for the tag and sentiment punched piece
DP is from 12 x 12 paper pad from Studio Calico ~ Atlantic Collection
Image is Dad Jumper from Time for Tea Designs
Sentiment is from SU Friendly Phrases
SU tag punch
SU wide oval punch
Copic Markers
Ribbon from stash
Washi tape from stash
Brad from stash
Cotton Thread from stash
SU Basic Brown inkpad
D/S tape Roller
Foam Dots

I am entering my card into the following challenges:
(back later with some)

Our sponsor details are as follows:

We thank our sponsor this week - Time for Tea Designs

 The wonderful..............

who are generously offering 3 images of the winners choice.

That brings me to my favourite part of my blog post and that is my POTW
This week I have chosen two and here is the first... It is from Mirella of Cute and Crafty Cards by Mirella and you can find it here

The second one I chose is from Heide D's Paperie and you can find it here on her  Heide's blog

Okay, I had better hurry and get this published as I am running a couple of minutes late. I slept in and woke up just before my grandson arrived so have had breakfast and my tablets, given him a snack and a drink and set him up to watch some television while I wrote up my post.
So........ we would love to see your entries this week and don't forget to call into the DT and some of the other entries and leave a comment. A fab prize this week.
Thanks for stopping by,
Take Care,
Hugs,
Sandy
