Challenge #20 Three Caroling Mice

Hi again, chilly today and I had an early start. Had to be at exercise class by 8 a.m. so was up at 7 a.m. getting frozen before hopping into a lovely hot shower. An hour at class and back home to go with hubby to a motorbike shop in town to buy a helmet for me. He bought one a week ago a sparkly silver helmet and wanted to get me one the same (I didn't really like it much, lol, looked like a big sparkly bowling ball!!!) Anyway I have a small head and had to get an XS size, and there weren't any in that size and they couldn't get them anymore either. Here I am thinking, yeah!!!. I bought a different one and hubby was not impressed. He tells me the whole idea was to be matching his helmet and the bike. I've only been on his bike once in the last 30 years or so. We'll see if the helmet ever sees an outing, lol.
I'm heading out to visit my daughter and youngest granddaughter so I had better get on with this post and stop chatting.
Our sponsor at Completely Christmas this week is Di's Digital Downloads and I hopped over to the shop and bought this fun image of 3 mice out caroling in the snow. We would love to see you entering a card, tag, or decoration. Anything Christmas goes.

Here is my card........

  1. Hi Sandy

Loving your Christmas card .. .. the backing paper is gorgeous!! Cute image too.

You have really made me smile with the story of your sparkly helmet expedition .. .. especially when you said you had only been on the bike once in 30 years.

Perhaps Hubby has big plans for the future involving you and the bike (and now non-matching helmets).

Hope you have a lovely weekend.

    Love Jules xx

  7. Such a sweet Christmas card - the little mice are adorable - and such gorgeous colouring.

Hope your cold gets better soon (I am just getting over mine after thinking that I had avoided the winter bugs - and I think it was the worst head-cold I have ever had). Roll on summer!
