Use a stamp for Your Sentiment Challenge at Aud Sentiment

We've had rain today but still warm. My friend took me out for brunch today for my birthday. It was yummy! then back home to do some washing that I've had to hang inside. Anyway..... I'll get on and share my post for the new challenge starting today at Aud Sentiments Challenge Blog. The theme is to use a stamp for your sentiment.
Here is what I came up with......

Recipe:
SU Basic black cardstock for the cardbase & mattes
DP from DCVW 8x8 ~ The Timeless paper stack
Sentiment - for you is from Avery Elle set ~ Oh Happy Day
Images are from Kaisercraft - Up, Up and Away stamp set - hot air balloons & sentiment block,
- Sears & Son stamp set - pocket watch and car
- Check In stamp set - postal stamp
Memento Tuxedo Black inkpad
Tim Holtz Distress inkpad - Vintage Photo (used to distress and also stamp images)
D/S tape roller & foam dots

Challenge #285 Spring has Sprung!

Challenge time at Stampavie and More. The current challenge has a Spring Theme. The challenges require the use of a stamp.
Here is what I created.....

Recipe:
SU Daffodil Delight cardstock for basecard, matte and punched piece
White cardstock for image and sentiment (looks a little blue here but it is white!)
DP from Recollections 12x12 paper pad - All Seasons
Image is an old rubber stamp set I have which I've lost the packaging on
Sentiment is from Kaisercraft Background Birthday Sentiments
Dies for inside - Nestie Standard Circles - large and small

Aud Sentiments 7th Birthday

Yep, Aud Sentiments is 7!!! The theme for the challenge is to make a project with the number 7 on it or a birthday sentiment. There will be two winners, check out the details over at the challenge blog.
I decided to use both elements of the challenge and decorate a small gift box.

Smelling The Cherry Blossoms

This post reminds me of my trip to Japan last year, I can hardly believe that it is a whole year already!
I enjoyed seeing all the cherry blossoms and the girls decked out in their kimonos walking along the streets.

Spring time birthday

It's Spring somewhere in the world but not here, lol. We've just slipped into Autumn and are experiencing a few days of heavy rain and cooler temps.
The new challenge starting at 613 Avenue Create has an Anything Goes theme with the optional twist of Anything Spring.
Here is what I created......
