Fabulous Birthday

Hi and thanks for coming to look at my blog, hope you are finding something to interest you. My card today features a little girl holding a rose, I'm a bit disappointed in the colouring as it didn't come out very even but didn't want to scrap her altogether so have added a bit of pearl bling and used a nellie snellen die to cut the white card for the sentiment and some paper from my stash and a purple base card.

    I love the colours and layout, Sandy! If you want a smoother finish with your pencils, have you tried blending with a paper stump with Sansodor or other odorless mineral spirit (OMS)?

    I actually like the effect you've created with her - gives it a bit of a vintage feel!
