Something New - A new year at Get Creative Challenges

Hi, once again. Apologies for such a late post, but as previously mentioned, I've been busy organising Mum's funeral and sorting out things at her unit. We finally found her will after going through all the rooms except the kitchen and that is where we found it!
The funeral was Friday and now I've realised I didn't put my post into schedule mode so am here to sort it out.
Our first challenge for the year is to make a card for Something New. All sorts of subjects come to mind and I chose a card for a New House.

Something Shiny

Hi everyone, Happy New Year. It's been a sad start for me with the loss of my Mother in the last days of  December and her funeral will be at the end of the week. So much to organize before then.
Anyway won't dwell on that for the time being. I'm here to share my first card for 613 Avenue Create. Hope you come and join in the fun of the challenge..... Anything Goes or the Optional Twist of using Something Shiny!
