Man of the Moment

It's been absolutely freezing here! Had a choir rehearsal in one of our heritage cathedrals on Saturday and then the concert performance on Sunday and nearly froze to death. No heating and cold drafts coming from every direction. I've survived and the concert went well.

Is it Coffee Time

Well, it's been stressful the last couple of days with a second Windows Update making my computer crash. I spent about 3 hours last night waiting for Auto Repair to work with no luck, so had to leave computer on all night and woke this morning to hubby telling me the computer was on with a big blue screen etc. So back to trying to work it out and finally after another couple of hours it's finally decided to play nice. I'm lucky, another friend had the same problem but didn't get any repair screen. It's cost her hundreds of dollars and several days without a computer. Windows should be responsible for all the expense incurred by probably lots of people with this issue. Anyway.... that's enough ranting. Now onto my reason for my post today!

Challenge 202 at Crafting From The Heart

Running a bit late today, decided to rummage through some boxes in the craft room trying to cull some of my hoarded stash! I don't do much in the way of scrapbooking now so have decided to get rid of albums and a lot of stickers that I won't use on my cards.
So...... finally have sat myself down in front of the computer to add this post.
Our challenges are always Anything Goes and this one is Just for Fun as there is no sponsor. That means we get to use anything we want so I've made a card with three  new stamp sets I bought a few months ago and hadn't christened yet. It was actually a kit that Uniquely Creative put out every two months I think, but I've done my own design. It contains one stamp set, the stencil and the die and then you can buy the add on products which I have done to get the extra stamps.

Another one I thought was scheduled, it's not been a good couple of weeks with tonsillitis, and a very swollen foot I could barely walk on due to a couple of spider bites. Just starting to feel normal again! Still have some swelling and pain but a lot better than it has been!

Beach Bum Bob

Welcome to my blog today. We have been having some extreme heat the last few weeks and then the temp has dropped quite a bit today with some sprinkling of rain. Just crazy and then it's heading back up to the 30C by the end of the week at least that is better than what we've had!
