 Welcome to my blog. Today I'm sharing my DT card for Simply Create Too Challenge Blog. The challenge this time around is to use STAMPS on your creations. 

This is what I decided to make with some of my SU stamps and a couple of other stamps from my stash.

Floral in Purple and Yellow

It's been cold the last few days with rain and then sunshine in the afternoon. Looking forward to the end of winter. Hope all is well in your part of the world.

It's time for another challenge at Simply Create Too. We've all had lots of ups and downs over the last part of the year and some of us are just getting back into the swing of things. So.... my first post for the DT for a while and the theme is "Favourite Colours"

Purple is my most favourite but it looks great with yellow so I've combined the two in my card. The background is a glossy yellow and gold paper and I've put it on a purple cardstock and embellished with some purple sparkly acrylic gems.

A Valentine for those of us that are a bit older!

Simply Create Too has a new challenge and the theme is Valentine's Day. 

Here is what I've come up with.....

 I've used red cardstock, white cardstock and DP from stash. The stamped image is from Penny Black and is called Tom and Lilly. The sentiment is I think from Close to my Heart (or from SU, i've had several stamp sets out lately)

Heart shaped Easel card

 Hello, greetings from Adelaide...hope all is well in your part of the world. Things are difficult at times with Covid restrictions. We are lucky here in Sth. Australia. Very few cases and most of those are coming from returning residents from overseas, so we are relatively free to move around but still some restrictions on numbers and we have to make sure we sign in to shops and venues so they can use contact tracing if necessary. 

I'd better get on and talk about the new challenge that is starting at Simply Create Too this month. The theme is "Anything but Square or Rectangle" I've chosen to make a heart shaped Easel card. I started off making a black card base and then added red die cuts on top, except for one the top of the card base, so you can see the black when the card is open.

Here is my creation......

Recipe: SU black, red cardstock, White cardstock from stash, DP from stash, Stamps are from freebie set The Feathered Friends and a set by Artworks that I picked up years ago from a cheap shop. I've used SU circle and scalloped circle punches, Copic Markers, Memento Tuxedo black inkpad, pink pearls. double sided tape roller and foam dots.

Stitched Unicorn card

 Wow, I'm finding the year going fast once again. April is upon us and it's Easter already. So a new challenge starts today at Simply Create Too Challenge Blog. The Theme is - Stitching - Real or Faux.

I've chosen to go with real as I enjoy paper embroidery and haven't done any for quite a while. Here is what I created.....

All materials from stash including the stitching pattern and the lovely metallic threads that I've purchased over the years. One of the reasons I should do more stitching as I have a lot of spools of thread that need using up, lol.

Black, White and One other colour

 Hi again, here today with my DT card for Simply Create Too Challenge blog. Our theme is Black, White and one other colour. Here is what I made for this challenge.... A simple card using just card, paper, dies and sentiment stamp.
