Christmas wishes from a cute bear - GD card for Incy Wincy Designs

Hi all, a second post from me today as I have been enjoying a GD spot at Incy Wincy Designs Challenge Blog for the month of November. I hope you have had the chance to stop by the blog and check out the DT cards and join in the challenge. Please scroll down and check out my regular DT for Make It Monday and I would love it if you left a comment so I know you've stopped by!
The theme this week is to create a card for the Man in your Life! Our sponsor is Stamp Fairy  and I used this cutie which  was a freebie I already had to make my card. Such a sweet little bear to wish my hubby or one of our sons a Happy Christmas. I decided to make a twisted easel card to showcase this cute image.
Here is what I made.......

 Recipe:
SU Night of Navy cardstock for basecard and diecuts
SU Baked Brown Sugar cardstock for mattes and diecuts (love this colour!)
White cardstock from stash
DP is from Bo Bunny - Powder Mountain Collection
Image is  from Stamp Fairy - a freebie
Sentiment is from Sugar and Spice Stamp set.
Nestie Dies - Classic Circles - Large
                   - Labels Three
Marianne Creatables Snowflake die LR0123 - you can't see this very well, but it is what is holding the card open with a large bling in the middle of it!
Button from stash
Twine from stash
Bling from stash

I am entering my card into the following challenges:
4 Crafty Chicks - November ~ Anything Goes
Come and Get it Challenges - Anything Goes with a twist ~ use a Digi
Make My Monday - Contemporary Christmas - No traditional colours
The Crazy Challenge - CCH #159 ~ Snowy Winter

Here's the sponsor's details:

Now for this week's challenge. We'd like you to make a card For the Men in Your Life. This could be a Christmas card or, if you're fed up of seasonal makes, it could be a Birthday, Anniversary or a 'just because' card.

We've got another tremendous prize for our random winner this week. Gerda and her team from Stamp Fairy are offering a $10 Gift Certificate to their store!
Gerda says "If you are searching for cute, whimsy digistamps - you have come to the right place! Everything you can find has been hand - and mousemade with love and lots of creativity.

So that's it from me for today. The DT would love to see you popping in to check out their fantastic creations and we would love to see you entering the challenge this week too!!! I've enjoyed my month as GD and will definitely be back to join in the challenges.

Thanks for stopping by,
Take Care,
Hugs,

Second Post for today -Happy Christmas - GDT card for Incy Wincy Design Challenges

Hi again, second post for today and my third in the last 24 hours. I would love it if you scrolled down and checked out my last two post and left me a comment so I know you've been.
My card tonight is for a GD spot at Incy Wincy Design Challenge blog. This is my third one and I still have one to go for next week. I've been enjoying playing here.
The challenge this week is to make an easel card and Kenny K and Lacy Sunshine are  the sponsors this time around. Just fabulous images. I chose to play with this little cutie out doing her Christmas shopping! Still have that to do. The kids decided several years ago just to do Secret Santa, so just have one person to buy for and also the grandchildren as well. Have you started your shopping yet or are you super organised and have it all done?
It's been a quiet day here at home. Isaac has had a lovely time playing at Mama's and had an afternoon nap and is just waiting for Mum (DIL) to pick him up. I did a load of washing and just pottered about the house.
Anyway, I better get on and share my card with you and then make sure Isaac's bag is ready to go home with him.
Here it is...... it's always hard getting a good shot of easel cards (it is for me anyway!)

Here is a pic of just the top section

Second Post for today - A Sketch ~ GD card for Incy Wincy Challenge Blog

It's me again, back for the second time today! I have a month's GD spot with Incy Wincy Challenge Blog and this is my second card for them. Please scroll down and check out my Make It Monday card too.
There are two sponsors this week, Milk Coffee and Digital Delights.  I used a freebie from Milk Coffee that I had already to make my card.
The theme this week is a Sketch - it's good to use sketches when our mojo has taken a back seat.
Here is my card and I will share the sketch further down in the post.

Front of card....

Inside of card.... the cardstock is actually a very dark green, but this looks black, frustrating scanners!!! I should have used the camera, but ran out of time today.
Recipe:
SU Real Red cardstock for the cardbase
Dark Green textured cardstock from Quill
White cardstock from stash
DP are from Rosie's Studio (a new pick up from the recent craft show)
Image is a freebie from Milk Coffee
Sentiment from SU - Teeny Tiny Sentiments
Dies - Marianne ~ Poinsettia Die
        - Cottage Cutz ~ Winterland Holly
Punches - Word Window and a scalloped border punch
Memento Black inkpad
Copic Markers
Pearls from stash
D/S tape roller
Tacky Glue
Foam Dots

I am entering my card into the following challenges:
jingle Belles -  Holiday Traditions ~ On Christmas Day we usually all get together for lunch and then after we have all eaten (way too much) we all sit in the family room and hand out presents. Even when the kids were little, they could only open their stockings and one present and the rest had to wait until later in the day when all the extended family were here. They are all grown up now, some with families of their own and we still give our presents this way!)
Sister Act Card Challenge - Challenge #32 ~ Anything Goes
One Stitch At A Time - Challenge #189 - Holidays
Crafty Calender Challenge  - All Things Christmas!
C.R.A.F.T. Challenge - Challenge 232 ~ Christmas

Here is the sketch for you - pop over to the Incy Wincy Challenge Blog to see what the DT have made with it.

The DT are looking forward to seeing your creations and visiting your blogs too. As time is going past so fast this sketch is great for a Christmas card, but you can make any type of card you want with it.
Thanks for stopping by,
Take Care,
Hugs,
Sandy

Second Post for Today - A Guest Designer Spot with Incy Wincy Challenge

Hi, welcome to my blog if you are visiting and also to my regular drop-ins. This is my second post for today, so please scroll down and check out my Make It Monday DT card.

I was lucky enough to get a Guest Designer Spot with Incy Wincy Challenge Blog for the month of November and this is my first card for them. I hope you pop over and check out the challenge blog!
The challenge theme is to make a card with Ribbon/Twine or Fibres and the challenge is being sponsored by Sassy Studio Designs. They are such wonderful images and I got to play with this cutie called France Honey

Here is the card I made...... I was out most of the day this was due in, so my son was kind enough to take a photo of it so I could upload it in between lunch out for a friend's 5oth birthday and a dinner the same day catching up with a group of friends from the church we used to attend. It's funny out of the 9 people at the dinner, only one still attends the church, the rest of us have all moved on for different reasons.

Recipe:
SU Early Espresso Cardstock for the cardbase
White card from stash
DP is from Kaisercraft 61/2" paper pad called 75 cents
Image is France Honey from Sassy Studio Designs
Sentiment is  a rubber stamp by Hero Arts - Fabulous Birthday
Seam binding ribbon from stash ( I've had this for quite a while now and finally used some of it!)
Bling on sentiment from stash
Corner bling is from Prima
Copic Markers
SU inkpad - Crumbcake
Memento Black inkpad
Foam Dots
DS tape roller

I am entering my card into the following challenges:
Emerald Faeries Challenge Blog - Challenge #49 ~ Ribbons/lace and Bling
Sister Act Card Challenge - Challenge #31 ~ Anything Goes
4Kraftygirlz- Challenge 5 ~ Anything Goes

Time for me to go and organise something for hubby to eat for dinner and hopefully relax with a cup of coffee too. Please pop by the Incy Wincy Challenge Blog and check out the DT cards and enter a card into the challenge. The team would love to check out what you have made!
