Winter has set in this past week with grey skies and lots of gloomy clouds and lashings of rain. No rain today but very cold and overcast. Just right for a card featuring a snowman! Our challenge at Completely Christmas this week is sponsored by the fab Bugaboo Stamps and the image I used is a square but I chose to cut it up into the 3 outlined sections. The theme is ATG with a twist of using something silver.I completely forgot this when I was making my card so have redeemed myself slightly with the use of a few silver bling on the snowflake. It's a bit hard to see, but it is there, lol.
So on with sharing my card with you......
Recipe:
SU Burgundy cardstock
Green Matte is from my scrap pile
White cardstock from stash
DP is from Kaisercraft 6x6 paper pad - Christmas Carnival Collection
Image is from Bugaboo Stamps - 4 Square Snowman
Copic Markers
D/S tape roller
Foam Dots
Bling - silver and red
I'm off to make some pea and ham soup to warm up my hubby when he gets home, I've got the bacon bones simmering away and have to go and do the potato, carrot and onion and add the split peas. My fellow DT and I would love to see your Christmas creations this week. The year is flying by and we're already into our 5th month!!! Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
Thanks for stopping by,
Take Care,
Hugs, Sandy
