Hi and welcome to my little space of blogland. I see I have a new follower, great to see you here Susan.
Our first challenge for the year starts with the theme of Thanks. You need to make sure you add a thankyou sentiment to your creation.
Our sponsor for this challenge is Imagine That by Kris
I decided to try a bendy card for my project and here it is.... I'm sharing two photos - one slightly side on so you can see the bendy shape of the front panels.
Recipe:
SU Garden Green cardstock for the basecard
White cardstock from stash for image, sentiment and flowers
DP is from DIY Shop- Crate Paper 6x6 paper pad
Image is from Imagine That by Kris - Ladybugs - used a precoloured digi from the set
Sentiment from SU stamp set God's Blessings
Flowers and leaves from SU stamp set Best Blossoms
Dienamics Die - Stitched Squares
SU Real Red and Handsome Hunter inkpad
Memento Tuxedo Black inkpad
D/S tape roller and Foam Dots
Time for a coffee so please come and play with us this fortnight - we'd love to see your creations and you'll be in the running for a fabulous prize from our sponsor
Thanks for stopping by,
Take Care,
Hugs, Sandy

A great shaped card. Love the wood effect and ladybird. Elaine
ReplyDeleteWow! what a great card. Your pattern paper is perfect for this type of card. I actually looks like the butterfly is on a tree

Hey Sandy! Great project you've done - and that Ladybug is sooo cute sitting on the 'bump' on the log! I like that fold - I will have to reasearch how to do that one!

Sandy, WOW what a neat "bendy" card! I've never seen this before, and I LOOVE trying new card folds. Fabulous with the wood grain and this digis. Thanks so much for showcasing my daisy bug so well!
