Shabby Chic - Challenge #200 at 613 Avenue Create

Bbrrrr.... another day of high wind and heavy rain, and a power outage as well. So a little late posting because I didn't want to be on the computer during the lightning and thunder.
Our new challenge at 613 Avenue Create is an Anything Goes with the Optional twist of Shabby Chic.
