Hoppy Birthday Sweetie

Wow, hasn't the month flown by? It's time for another challenge at 613 Avenue Create. Our theme this month is Anything Goes with an optional twist of making a Kinetic card.
I've created a spinner/slider card using both Uniquely Creative and Stampin Up products.
Here it is......sorry the white card is a bit dull as I waited till it was cooler to photograph outside, so not as much light as I would have liked.

Recipe:
SU Blueberry Bushel and Cucumber Crush, White card from stash
Images - Frog from SU So Hoppy Together, Rabbits and stump(modified to fit on card) from Uniquely Creative - Tea Party Stump set
Sentiment from Uniquely Creative - Tea Party Stump set
Dies - Uniquely Creative - hills die and stitched cloud borders
Slider die from a freebie set of stamps and dies with a magazine purchase
Copic Markers
Self Adhesive sequins from Stampin Up
D/S tape roller and foam dots

We are looking forward to seeing some of your makes over at the challenge blog. Check out my fellow teamies marvellous makes!
Thanks for calling in. Don't be a stranger, please leave a comment.
Hugs, Sandy, DT

  2. Hey Sandy! Slider cards are something I have not tried yet... and I must admit I sat here staring at the card trying to figure out how the stump would slide past that frog perched right in the middle of the track?! Maybe 30 sec. before it dawned on me it would be the frog moving toward the stump! Dang! I can sure be slow sometimes... I think that is why I don't often tackle kinetic constructions! So, kudos to you my friend - for a darling design with such nice little details like the scattered sequin flowers, great bank of clouds and the fun stump for your rabbit! Someone dear to you is going to love that slider!

  3. Lovely scene and such a pristine design. I have yet to get brave enough to attempt a spinner card! Like Ginny, it took me a moment to get the sliding part...but eventually I got there. Well done!
