Blended Backgrounds

Hi everyone, it's time for the new challenge at 613 Avenue Create Challenge Blog. It's an Anything Goes challenge with the Optional Twist of "Blended Background"
I've chosen the blended background option for my card today.
Here it is.......

Recipe:
SU Night of Navy cardstock, white cardstock from stash
Stamps from stash
Fancy edge die cut (not sure who makes it)
Banner Punch from SU
I created the background with a  mixture of Opal Polish products and SU inkpads
