Hello again, you guessed it LOL another cold day here in wintry Adelaide. I've been doing a bit of furniture moving in my family room. My daughter came over after work and found me shoving furniture from one spot to another. My son and his girlfriend had come over shortly before her, so we used his muscles as well to move the couch to one spot and then back again and then finally we moved it out of the room altogether and into his recently vacated bedroom! Rachel did a bit of paid cleaning for me to help her whilst she is studying, hopefully she can get some agency work until she gets her age care certificate and then she should be able to get some work in a nursing home. Anyway, I managed to get a bit of crafting done and came up with this CAS card for the Less is More Challenge - the theme being "legs" I've used a cardstock that changes colour from one end to the other, this one is a light brown which fades to a very pale brown and then back again to the darker colour. I've stamped in SU Close to Cocoa and used a silver pen to highlight the dotted swirls on the sheep. I gave him a little black bling to highlight his nose and coloured the ribbon around his neck. I also added a little bling where there was a dot between the words and coloured the little heart in red. I've used a sheet of rusty background just for scanning purposes as the lighter edges of the card don't show up well.
Well off to do a bit more tidying in the back room, thanks for stopping by,
Oh, by the way for those who wanted to know, the giraffe from yesterday's post was stamped ages ago onto cardstock, I coloured it yesterday and then cut it out and adhered it to the designer paper which already featured the leaves on it, no extra stamping.
Take care,
Sandy
