Wow, time is once again here for another fab challenge at the Perfect Sentiment Challenge Blog and we would love to see your creations. This week the theme is Sweet Treats and don't forget that all important sentiment on the front of your card.
I am feeling under the weather this week and have had a bad few days getting things done, but I did remember to make my DT card for this weeks challenge. We are sponsored by the creative Melissa Jenkins of Meljen's Designs and I was able to play with this sweet Easter themed cupcake. I know it's after Easter but I've still got a choc bunny sitting in the kitchen so thought I would use this one, LOL.
So here is what I made.....
Front of card
Inside of card - (sorry the blue has scanned a bit too bright - should look the same as on the front!)
Recipe:
SU Pacific Point cardstock for the cardbase
SU Pumpkin Pie cardstock
DP from SU
Image is from Meljen's Designs and is called Easter Bunny Cupcake ( I think it's now on sale so you might want to pop over to the shop and take a look!)
Sentiment is from Annabelle's Stamps ~ Party Aniumals 1
Nestie Dies - Standard Circles - large and small
- Big Scalloped Circles - large
The edges were all distressed and I used DS tape roller and foam dots to mount image and sentiment
I am entering this into the following challenges:
(back later hopefully with some)
Okay that's it from me for today and I'm looking forward to popping in to some of your blogs when you enter the challenge at the Perfect Sentiment this week.
Thanks for stopping by, I'd love to hear what you think of my card.
Hugs,
Sandy
