Hi everyone, another beautiful day today and again we had rain overnight and it's already rained this evening, we were supposed to have a storm but it looks like most of it has bypassed us. I taught my class today and will share the card we made in the next few days. One of my ladies didn't turn up again, so not sure what's happened to her as she was quite keen on making the Christmas cards. We only have another few weeks left of term. Anyway I had two people to teach so was a productive class.
My card today is a Thankyou card.
The basecard is SU Soft Suede, I stamped a white piece of card with a large Hero Arts stamp called, that's right, LOL, "Thankyou" using SU Brilliant Blue. I used my stampamajig so I could line it up for extra lines as my piece of card was longer than the stamp, then I sponged it with SU Ballet Blue I corner punched two opposite corners of both the card and white piece. I used a Nestie label to cut a blue and white polka dot piece and then a smaller one in white for the sentiment also inked in Brilliant Blue, the stamp is from Paper Inspirations and is called "Your kindness"
I used my slot punch to make two slots and threaded the ribbon on each side and added two large Diamante brads from Rosie's. Sorry the scan is a bit fuzzy probably because I had to hold the lid because the bling made it not level.
I would like to enter this into Annabelles Stamp Blog Challenge - Say it with Sentiments
Hope your day has been a good one whether you are working or have time to enjoy yourself.
Thanks for stopping by,
