Hi everyone, today marks the start of a new challenge at the Perfect Sentiment and the theme this week is "Snowflakes" Why not join in the fun and make another card for your Christmas stash.
While I'm writing this my little grandson is tinkling on the piano, whoops, he's just taken off with his plastic lawnmower so it is quiet in this room for the time being, lol.
Here is what I came up with for this week's DT inspiration, Hope you like it! I've also decorated the inside but have to go and find something flat to go in the middle of my snowflakes so will add a picture later.
Reciped:
SU Bashful Blue cardstock for the basecard and the diecut
White card from stash
White pearlised textured card from stash for snowflakes, swirl and mattes
DP - the front one is from Bo Bunny - Powder Mountain collection and the one behind it was from stash (I've lost the packaging but they were about an 8x8 set of papers ~ Christmas themed)
Image is from Stamp-it - a stamped image given to me by a friend
Nestie Dies - Captivating Squares, Classic Circles ~ large and small (the small one is on the inside)
Punch - Ticket
Memory Box Die - Frosty Border
Cuttlebug Die - Snowflakes#2
Ticket from an internet find and I stamped the sentiment into it.
Sentiment from SU Petite Pairs
Pearls from stash, they are a gorgeous blue with a lovely sheen to them and I've used all the different sizes!
I am entering this into the following challenges:
Lady Anne's Challenges - Stamp Challenge #11~ Anything Goes
Simon Says - Wednesday Challenge Blog - Anything Goes
Bearly Mine Challenges - Challenge #105 ~ Anything Goes
Creative Card Crew - Challenge 45 ~ Christmas
Party Time Tuesdays - PTT#139 ~ Anything Goes
Through the Craft Room Door - Anything Goes
Well, it's lunchtime so I had better go and get Isaac something to eat and then I'll tuck him up in bed for an afternoon sleep. I can get stuck back into sorting a few things in the craft room then!
Hope to see your wonderful creations on the Perfect Sentiments challenge blog this week.
Thanks for stopping by,
Take Care,
Hugs,
Sandy
