It's A Boy - Hearts and Shoes

 Hi everyone time for our latest challenge at 613 Avenue Create. We are an Anything Goes challenge with an Optional Twist. This month's twist is to use hearts or shoes in your design. I chose to use both in the baby card I created.

Here's what I created.....

Recipe: SU Blueberry Bushel cardstock, White cardstock from stash, DP from stash, small stiched heart dies from Paper Rose, Heart balloon dies from SU, Large heart die from stash, Rounded corner rectangle die from stash. Stamps were from SU (shoes - a retired set that I've got no name for)  and Kaisercraft set: Little One - sentiments (one on the inside too)

Dreams are for Chasing

Happy New Year to you all. Hoping and praying that this year is going to be better than the last. Hope yours is off to a happier start.

It's time for our first challenge for 2021 at 613 Avenue Create. The challenge is an Anything Goes with an Optional Twist. This time there is no twist.

Here is what I came up with. The design of the card is one I cased from pinterest so I am unsure of whose layout it was.

 Recipe: SU Night of Navy cardstock, white cardstock from stash, DP from stash (single sheets)               Stamps -Dog and sentiments and sentiment die are from Uniquely Creative - Aussie Geo and Dreams are   for Chasing. Tree die from stash (my craft room is in major disruption at the moment with different storage going in)

Well that's it from me, have to get the food on for tea. Baked Potatoes, quick and easy, lol and then off to listen to a live radio broadcast in the park. It's starting to cool down so may have to take something warm to wear.

Mixed Media Butterfly card

Hi to all who are popping in. It's time for another challenge at 613 Avenue Create. An Anything Goes challenge that has an optional twist. This month's twist is to add wings. I decided to give my card a touch of mixed media which I've only attempted once or twice. I had some home made gesso which I used on a stencil and then gave it a bit of colour with some ink.                                                                                     Here is my creation.....

Recipe:  SU  Cinnamon Cider, White cardstock from stash, D/P from stash, Stamps from stash (they are freebies from magazine purchases)

Copic Markers and several inks from SU.

Homemade texture paste. 

Stencil for flowers and I made the cloudy background.

Dinosaur Birthday Greetings

Time for another challenge at Get Creative Challenges. This month our theme is Black, White and 1 other colour. Our sponsor is Drawn by Krista and I chose this cute little birthday Dinosaur which I will save for my Dinosaur crazy grandson's 5th birthday next year.

Here is my card, using Green as my extra colour.
