It's wet and windy here tonight, it started early evening after a very windy, partly overcast day. I've had a reasonably quiet day, just doing some housework and a bit of crafting too. My daughter popped in for a short while with her dogs and then left them here while she went to the gym. She forgot her gym pants so wasn't away long as she couldn't exercise in her jeans. She picked up the dogs and went home. No 2 son called in to pick up a couple of the leftover sicillian creams so I won't be tempted to eat them! Too much sugar for me. I caught up with a few blogs today too so that was good, I enjoyed seeing other people's creations.
I'm going to get an early night (for me anyway) so onto my card.
I made this one to enter Challenge 19 - Anything but square at Cards for Men
I thought I might enter it into Make It Monday #55 as well.
I've used the topnote die and cut out a card in lilac, the DSP is from My Mind's Eye and all the images and the sentiment are from Tim Holtz. I inked them in SU Chocolate Chip. I shortened the length of the stamped hands and added a brad and popped the clock on with foam dots. All the other elements were stuck on flat and the sentiment was stamped straight onto the DSP. I also added the words "Just for You" into the ticket, LOL, it just fits!
The scan seems to have cut the little points off the sides of the card, it adjusts automatically so sorry about that, the white bit is also just something the scan has shown up, I don't know why it just can't scan what is there!!
Well, my bed is calling so I'll wish you a good day or evening and catch you tomorrow,
Thanks so much for stopping by - I hope you find something here to interest you.
Take Care,
Sandy
